  The room was reasonably clean, but almost all other amenities we're lacking. One key card didn't work. The deadbolt didn't work. The door latch was broken. The towels were tiny and scratchy. The bathroom appeared to be an incomplete renovation. The furniture was a poor fit for the room, and not all the lamps worked. The pillows were an odd square shape, and half the size of a normal pillow. The staff was friendly, and helpful, but management should rethink what their goals are.
