  This ACE is missed managed under staffed and force unfair regulations. 1 safty is a huge concern. I called a complaint to a manager regarding speeding a parking rules not being followed. I was told they are understaffed and could not help. 2 they allow niner dans to ride on game day but not regular riders that work in the bay area. This is miss use of public transit and discrimination against those that are not fans but riders that need to get to work. I would like a call back from a board member. I have already begun recording evidance of the failure to enforce codes and regulation. I will also be pulling city codes and measuring spaces to make sure the facility is in compliance. If unable to be in compliance i will move to reccomand suspension of this facility till proper safty measure are in place. Please contact me so we can further discuss.
